Flexible working

You have the freedom to decide when and where you work although we aim to have at least a couple of overlapping hours with the whole team. Customer-facing roles might be more restrictive, as we need to be available to them when they need us. We measure output and not input, so as long as you organize your work around your main KPIs, you are free to plan and execute your work as you'd like. We put trust in you and expect you to bring us the results we've agreed upon.

Workspace: If you're based in Oslo, Norway, you can join our offices at central Grunerløkka. If you are working remotely, we can help support a desk at a co-working space of your choice.

Technology: We are happy to support you with the tech you need to be productive at work.

Team retreats: Once we are all allowed to travel again, we will sponsor off-site team retreats to a specific destination. Every 6 months, we all meet up in a cool location to work and have fun for a whole week. We also encourage team members to visit and co-work with each other and will be able to provide a stipend of €150 per trip.

Unlimited vacation: We ask you to put a lot of your life into your work and we are therefore quite generous when it comes to vacation and time off. We give you unlimited paid time off, just make sure to inform your manager in advance so that we can plan around it. Relax, recharge and enjoy!
